Not satisfied with your purchase? We’re happy to assist!

Unless the item is defective, products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. All returns must be in new condition with original tags and packaging intact. Swimwear must include all tags, protective bags, and sanitary liners. Apparel must have tags attached and show no signs of wear, washing, or use.

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be initiated within 20 days of the shipment date. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Promotional purchases are exchange-only and ineligible for refunds.

Return Fees:

  • A $8 return fee applies to all orders.
  • Orders with 3 or more styles will incur an additional $5 restocking fee (total $13 deducted at refund).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

International orders cannot be returned.

Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Only)
Follow these steps to process your return:

  1. Visit our returns portal at peixotoclothing.com and enter the email linked to your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a return link.
  2. Select the items for return or exchange (size swaps subject to stock availability).
  3. Once approved, you’ll get a prepaid shipping label and instructions via email.

Processing Times:

  • Return approval: 3–4 business days.
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days (we’ll notify you once issued).
  • Total return timeline: Up to 14 days.

Important: Use only our prepaid label for tracked returns. We cannot refund returns shipped via other methods.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received.
